Methodics provides the foundation for clean and confident skating. Working in groups, participants train together with one or two coaches on edge work, curves, steps, turns, and coordination-focused exercises. The approach is simple: demonstrate, imitate, correct, and repeat. This process helps reinforce movement patterns and improve skating technique step by step.
Using cones, markers, drawings, and other training aids on the ice, skaters practice accurately following and tracing predetermined paths. Arm and leg movements are deliberately combined to develop coordination, balance, and movement control. Depending on age and skill level, our coaches adapt the exercises individually and select the appropriate degree of difficulty. The result is greater confidence on the edges, a better feel for the ice, and higher quality in every movement.
