Strength. Elegance. Expression.
Dance and ballet are much more than a complement to on-ice training. They provide an important foundation for strong posture, body control, and fluid, expressive movement on the ice. At the same time, participants develop a deeper understanding of music, rhythm, and presentation.
With Liliana Gage, our dance program receives new inspiration for 2027. Shaped by more than 15 years of intensive dance training, she brings her passion for discipline, movement, and personal development to every session. Her approach combines technical fundamentals with creativity, expression, and the joy of movement.
The training focuses on strength exercises, flexibility, posture development, and ballet fundamentals, as well as movement quality, expression, and stage presence. Participants are introduced to different dance styles, expand their range of movement, and gain greater confidence in their presentation on the ice. Through playful exercises and targeted instruction, they develop valuable skills that can later be applied to programs, Steps, and performances.
In this way, participants not only build strength and body control but also develop creativity, musicality, and the ability to express stories and emotions through movement.
