Excercise

The figure skater is an allrounder. In order to meet these requirements, our training is aimed at versatility.

Here we give you an overview into our training courses. An independent warm up and cool down shouldn´t be missing. If you are unsure, just take a look at our recommendations.

Effective Warm up

For activation and sensitization, a 20-40 minute warm up before the first training is recommended.
